We understand that our clients want to know that they are protected and our 24hour technical assistance can assure you peace of mind. Our engineers are available to assist you within 4 hours of your call being logged. (subject to your location)
This service is available to our contracted customers at a discounted rate. For our customers that are not under contract, we are still able to offer assistance however only during our office hours (08:30 – 17:00) and a callout charge will apply.
